The “Four Weeks or Less” production commitment applies to qualifying custom-branded spray bottle orders placed with Hilco Vision and shipped to commercial or non-residential addresses within the continental United States. Production time begins upon final customer approval of the digital proof and ends when the order ships from Hilco Vision’s facility. Hilco Vision will use commercially reasonable efforts to produce and ship qualifying orders within four (4) weeks (28 calendar days) from proof approval. This commitment applies only to custom-branded spray bottle products produced using standard specifications and decoration methods. It does not apply to orders pending proof approval; delayed by customer response; requiring revisions, non-standard customization, or special sourcing; affected by force majeure events, including supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, natural disasters, labor interruptions, or other circumstances beyond Hilco Vision’s control; submitted with incomplete or inaccurate artwork; or placed on credit hold due to outstanding balances. Qualification is determined solely by Hilco Vision. This production timeline is not a guarantee of delivery and does not include transit time after shipment. All custom product orders are final once proof approval is received and may not be canceled, modified, or returned.
