DESCRIPTION

A recall has been initiated for the following products manufactured by Wizcure Pharmaa Ltd.

Note: The recalled BioGlo products distributed by HUB Pharmaceuticals will have Omni Lens Private Ltd. listed as the manufacturer on the product label. All other affected products will have Wizcure Pharmaa Ltd. listed as the manufacturer. No other manufacturer’s materials are being recalled.

Wizcure Pharmaa Ltd. is recalling these products because they were not manufactured in conformance with current good manufacturing practices.

This is a voluntary recall and applies only to products manufactured by Wizcure Pharmaa Ltd. The recall is being conducted with the knowledge and concurrence of the Food and Drug Administration.

Immediately examine your inventory, quarantine any product subject to recall, and record the quantity of recalled inventory. This recall is being conducted to the RETAIL level.

Attached is the list of specific lots sold by Hilco Vision.

RETAILER / CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You are required to return all product from the affected lots in your possession. To implement this recall, please complete the attached verification form and follow the instructions below:

• 1. Check your stock and verify packaging. Look for the Omni Lens Private Ltd. label and associated NDC numbers to determine if you have product from the affected lots.
• 2. If affected product is identified, immediately discontinue use.
• 3. URGENT – The attached “Urgent Drug Recall Response Form” must be completed and returned by February 3, 2026. Please return the form even if you do not have recalled product.
• 4. Once your completed form is received, a return label (RMA) will be issued for affected inventory. Credit will be issued after returned product is received. Do not return product prior to receiving an RMA. To receive credit, all affected product must be returned.

If you have any stock left, you must return that product to us in order to receive credit. Hilco Vision cannot issue credit for product that was purchased from another vendor. To receive credit, all product must be returned.

DESCRIPTION

Cardinal Health has issued a voluntary medical device recall for specific lots of Webcol™ Large Alcohol Prep Pads (SKU 5110). The affected lots were distributed between September 2025 and February 2026. Products outside of these dates are not impacted. Only affected lots listed in Attachment 1 are eligible for return. Products outside these lots will not be accepted for credit. All product returns should be sent back in the original product packaging with lot numbers visible. Returns without lot numbers cannot be credited.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE

Cardinal Health has issued a voluntary recall for select lots of Webcol™ Large Alcohol Prep Pads (70% isopropyl alcohol) to the consumer level. The product is being recalled due to microbial contamination identified as Paenibacillus phoenicis.

RISK TO HEALTH

The contaminant has a low probability of detection and may pose a potential infection risk to vulnerable groups such as critically ill, immunocompromised, neonatal, and pediatric patients. Hilco Vision has not received any reports of harm or adverse events.

HILCO VISION ACTIONS

Hilco Vision is currently notifying customers and will complete appropriate corrective actions to recover the impacted product from affected lots.

RETAILER / CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You are required to return all product from the affected lots in your possession. To implement this recall, please complete the attached verification form and follow these instructions:

• 1. REVIEW inventory for the affected product code and check packaging lot number to verify product is affected.
• 2. COMMUNICATE with all personnel who utilized the listed Webcol™ Large Alcohol Prep Pads.
• 3. SEGREGATE and quarantine all affected product upon review of inventory.
• 4. DISSEMINATE Hilco Vision notice to all departments that handle the affected products.
• 5. NOTIFY any customers to whom they may have distributed or forwarded the affected product about this voluntary recall.
• 6. RETURN the acknowledgment form via email directly to RecallNotification@hilco.com confirming receipt of this product action.

RESPONSE FORM SUBMISSION

The acknowledgment form must be returned to Hilco Vision whether you have affected product or not. Practice information must be complete in order to ensure appropriate documentation of your response. The form instructs customers to respond by email at RecallNotification@hilco.com no later than May 1st, 2026.
